1. Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

2. Course access

Courses you buy are yours for as long as we offer them. Plus gives access to included courses while your subscription is active.

3. Refunds

Request a refund within 30 days if you've watched less than 30% of a course. Cohort seats are refundable until the first session.

4. Instructor content

Instructors own their courses and grant us a licence to host and sell them.

5. Certificates

Certificates confirm completion on our platform. They are not academic credit unless stated.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes before they apply.
